Abstract

The correlation between law and business is close and mutually beneficial influence, to fulfill various human needs in their social life. Economical development will affect the implementation of the law. Likewise in carrying out various business activities, the role of the legal sector very important, especially to facilitate business development both a national and international scale. This can be realized through an agreement is made by business actors. Agreement as a civil legal relationship that exists between the parties who entered into it becomes an agreement, on the agreed object as a form fulfillment of rights and obligations, after the agreement is made. This refers to the source of contract law, taking into account the law terms of agreement, principles of contract law, and stages making the agreement, so that it can run effectively and efficiently. To support the writing of this journal, the author used the library research methods, namely reviewing a number of scientific books, journals, theories and concepts that discuss contracts and various types business activities.
